The Rotrix TSH-500 test bench is specifically designed for the comprehensive, professional diagnostics of modern vehicle starting and charging systems. This equipment enables workshops to quickly and accurately assess the technical condition of components, including the latest 48V mild-hybrid (MHEV) systems.

Main Application Areas

The TSH-500 test bench is used to assess the technical condition of the following components:

  1. Automotive Alternators (Generators): All types of alternators with a nominal voltage of 12V and 24V can be tested, regardless of their connection terminals.

  2. Start-Stop System Alternators: Specifically suitable for 12V Start-Stop systems, as well as for diagnosing alternators of the Mazda „I-ELOOP” system.

  3. Automotive Starter Motors (Starters): Testable up to a maximum power of 11 kW, with a nominal voltage of 12V and 24V, in idle mode (without load).
