MOBA Waste Management

Smart solutions for modern waste collection

In waste management today, it is no longer enough that collection simply takes place. Efficient operation requires accurate data, well-organized collection processes, and transparent documentation.

MOBA offers technologies that support waste collection tasks by improving measurement accuracy, identification, data management, and route optimization. The result is more predictable operations, better resource utilization, and more informed decision-making.

Key operational challenges in waste collection

Daily operational issues requiring technological support

Reducing operational costs

Optimizing routes and emptying processes can reduce operating costs while saving time and fuel.

Route and collection optimization

Identification and fill-level data help align collection with actual emptying needs.

Ensuring accurate weight data

On-board weighing systems provide accurate weight data for tracking and analysis.

Encouraging recycling

Collection and measurement data show where selective collection systems should be improved.

Secure and traceable data management

Linking identification, measurement, and emptying data enables verifiable and traceable documentation.

Reducing CO₂ emissions

More efficiently organized collection processes can reduce mileage and environmental impact.

MOBA system solutions for intelligent waste collection

MOBA waste management solutions are not standalone tools but interconnected systems. Measurement, identification, and data technologies together enable modern, data-driven collection processes.

What surface is required for on-site measurement?

A solid, preferably level surface is recommended; accuracy is influenced by the installation environment.

If the goal is a detailed axle load profile: static. If there are many vehicles and fast throughput is required: Low-Speed WIM.

It depends on the purpose of use (internal process vs. official procedure). It is worth clarifying this in advance during selection.

Depending on the configuration, on-site display, saving/exporting, and printing are possible – adapted to your process.

The warranty is typically manufacturer-based, generally 12 months; the exact conditions depend on the chosen product and manufacturer. Warranty scopes are clearly stipulated during quotation.

We operate according to a quality assurance logic (PDCA), installation is performed by specialists, and for scales, verification/metrological inspection is accompanied by official procedure and full documentation. This way, the system not only functions but is also traceable during audits.

Yes. For mobile scales, verification is typically required every 2 years, and maintenance is also part of the operation.
