The BPP series pallet weighing platform is specifically designed to facilitate the fast and accurate weighing of pallets, combining a robust design with outstanding mobility. The U-shaped design of the BPP platforms allows for easy placement and removal of pallets, minimizing handling time. The built-in drawbar and solid wheels guarantee easy and comfortable movement in any space.

Outstanding Mobility and Stability

The platform's agile movement is ensured by the built-in wheels and the easily accessible handle. Stability is provided by the 60 mm diameter, height-adjustable swivel feet, which feature a built-in spirit level for perfect horizontal adjustment, ensuring measurement accuracy under all conditions.

Robust Design and Durability

The basis of the weighing system consists of four extremely durable, IP68 protected shear beam (bending cell) load cells it. This high level of protection guarantees reliable operation even in dusty or wet environments. During the design, special attention was paid to avoiding damage: the corners of the forklift tines have a slight bevel, which significantly reduces the risk of breakage during frontal impacts when contacting the load.

Format Flexibility

BPP platforms are available in two main sizes, ideally suited for the most common pallet types:

1. For European pallets (EUR)
2. For American pallets (Standard)

Especially noteworthy is the 1250 x 1010 mm model, which is suitable for weighing both pallet types, significantly speeding up processes involving mixed inventory.

Customization and Accessories

BPP platforms can be enhanced with a wide range of accessories and options to meet every individual customer requirement:

• Optional Columns: Columns of various heights are available for positioning the display (indicator).
• Surface Treatments: Available finishes range from the standard painted surface to options meeting higher hygiene requirements, AISI 304 or the extremely corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel finish.
• ATEX Preparation: Special variants suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX) are also available.
