PTC Industrial Platform Scale – Robust and Precise Weighing Solution

The PTC series industrial platform scale family is designed for reliable and high-precision weighing in the most demanding environments. The massive, tubular structure ensures excellent stability, whether for spot loads or evenly distributed loads. The platform must be installed on the floor using four mounting plates, which guarantees measurement accuracy by preventing the scale from moving.

Excellent Quality Design and Durability

For durability and long service life, the platform surface treatment has undergone significant development. The high-quality, satin gloss painting process ensures increased resistance to abrasion and environmental effects, thus PTC platforms maintain their reliability in the long run. PTC platforms are available in three versions, which flexibly adapt to various industrial requirements:

1. Painted: Painted structure and sheet metal covering.
2. Mixed: Painted structure and stainless steel sheet covering.
3. Inox AISI 304: Completely AISI 304 stainless steel construction (with painted structure).

Technical Characteristics and Load Cells

Installation Options

PTC platforms offer flexible installation options:

Recommended Indicators (Displays)

Several display options are available for the system, which perform different functions:

• GI400-EX: Weight indicator for explosive atmospheres (ATEX Zone 2 and 22, Group II, Category 3). With IP68 protection and numerous functions.
• GI410i LCD PRINT: Numerikus kijelző nyomtatóval, darabszámlálási és ellenőrző mérési funkciókkal. 8 előre definiált és 1 testre szabható bizonylat formátummal.
• GI400 BAT LI ION: Súly/tára kijelző LCD kijelzővel, ABS vagy rozsdamentes acél házzal. Lítium-ion akkumulátorral, akár 8 órás intenzív használatot biztosít egy töltéssel.
• GI400i LCD STAINLESS STEEL: Súly/tára kijelző memóriával akár 6 manuálisan bevezetett tétel (tára memória) tárolására. Bizonylatok nyomtatása akár 8 különböző formátumban és több nyelven.

Software Control

• Giscale: A Giropes Solutions divízió által tervezett és implementált szoftver, amely teljes körű kontrollt biztosít az ipari mérőrendszerek felett a gyártási folyamatokban.
