The GI400i indicators feature several advanced functions that optimize production processes and increase accuracy:

1. Ellenőrző Mérés Funkció

Ez a funkció automatikusan megjelenít akár 4 beállított határértéket: 2 felső és 2 alsó határt. This special function automatically sets the weight of the weighing unit (e.g., pallet or crate) (tare), even if the container weights vary. The measurement only starts when the system reaches the set target weight, ensuring accurate determination of the net weight.

3. Kivételi Súly Monitorozás

It allows tracking of the weight removed from the weighing device. The GI400 indicator precisely shows whether the required amount of material has been removed, or if more/less than the target value was reached.

4. Raklap Mérés

This function enables cumulative logging for a series of weighings per pallet. The system automatically records the tare value of individual pallets, allowing for the calculation of an accurate Net Total for the entire shipment.

5. Darabszámlálás

A felhasználó a platformra helyezett tételek számát képes megszámolni a korábban beállított egységnyi átlagos súly alapján.

6. Összesítés

This function allows summing up the weights accumulated in memory and displays the total number of measured weights.

7. Limit Value Relay Function (Optional)

The GI400 indicator can automatically manage a starting weight and 3 further limit values, which activate 4 relays based on weight registers. This enables the automation of processes (e.g., control of filling/emptying).

8. Dosing Relay Function (Optional)

The equipment is suitable for automatic dosing of one product at two speeds, or two products at one speed, supplemented by emptying. A programmable emptying zone is also available where the user can define the completion of the dosing.

9. Ismétlő Funkció

Remote display up to 16 meters via RS232 output. Optionally, an RS485 output is available for distances up to 1200 meters (required on both devices).
