The TSH-002A is a multifunctional diagnostic test bench designed for the fast and accurate testing of generators (alternators), starter motors, and voltage regulators of passenger cars and commercial vehicles. This equipment provides a comprehensive evaluation of the technical condition of the following units:

  1. Vehicle generators: 12V and 24V nominal voltage generators with any type of output.

  2. „Generators for ”Stop-Start” systems: 12V „Stop-Start” system generators, as well as generators used in Mazda „I-ELOOP” systems.

  3. Vehicle starter motors: Starter motors up to 6 kW maximum power and 12V/24V nominal voltage, tested in idle mode.

  4. Voltage Regulators: 12V/24V voltage regulators, which can also be tested independently, regardless of the generator.

The TSH-002A test bench displays the measured parameters in real-time as an oscillogram, providing complete insight into the unit's operation, enabling more precise fault diagnosis. The bench can also be equipped with special cables that ensure quick connection to the generator outputs, thereby saving time when testing similar types of generators.
