The CUBE MC dispenser provides excellent performance thanks to its built-in pump and quality components:

  • Self-priming rotary vane pump: Equipped with a bypass valve, it ensures continuous and high-performance fuel transfer capability.

  • Vibration-damping mounting: Placing the pump on a vibration-damping mount increases comfort and ease of use.

  • Engine Protection: The induction motor is equipped with thermal protection against overheating and has a mechanical seal, which increases the product's lifespan and safety.

  • Suction-side filter: The mesh filter located on the suction side prevents foreign materials (contaminants) from entering the rotor, thus preventing pump clogging and failure, ensuring a long service life.

  • Automatic dispensing nozzle: It features an automatic nozzle with a rotating coupling, whose holder starts/stops the pump with a lever, simplifying the dispensing process.

Fuel Consumption Monitoring and Data Management

A key element of the CUBE MC unit is precise consumption tracking and user identification, which is essential for optimizing fleet and inventory management.

  • Oval gear flow meter: Ensures highly accurate measurement of the dispensed quantity.

  • User identification: User identification and complete consumption tracking is ensured through the use of magnetic keys (iButton keys).

For complete fuel management, the CUBE MC dispenser can be integrated with the Self Service Management AGILIS software (optional). This system allows for the creation of detailed dispensing reports summarized per user, which is essential for accurate cost accounting and analysis.
