A highly effective and high-temperature-resistant blanket, specifically designed for the control and insulation of electric vehicle fires. By preventing the oxygen supply, the blanket reduces the amount of smoke and toxic gas generation, creating an enclosed space necessary for aerosols to effectively extinguish the flames. The fire will not spread further, thus preventing damage to surrounding surfaces.
Fire blankets alone are not capable of stopping the thermal runaway surge (thermal runaway) that occurs in vehicles powered by lithium-ion batteries. The blankets help to keep the situation under control!

BLECON0806 Description The BLECON0806 fire blanket can withstand temperatures up to 800 °C (peak temperature around 1100 °C), making this blanket suitable for extinguishing fires in vehicles with normal combustion engines or for single use in extinguishing fires in electric vehicles.
