The intelligent design of the IP 4-3 allows for up to three different torches connection, with automatic torch recognition, providing unparalleled flexibility and fast workflow when switching between different materials and processes.
The InvertaPuls IP 4-3 focuses on optimizing user convenience and welding quality:
Three Torch Support: Enables the connection of three different torches (e.g., steel, ALU, brazing) with automatic recognition, minimizing setup time.
Higher Welding Speed: Significantly increases productivity through inverter technology and advanced arc control.
Lower Heat Input: Particularly advantageous when welding thinner sheets and heat-sensitive materials, thus reducing material distortion.
Excellent Gap Bridging: Guarantees a reliable bond even with imperfectly fitting or gapped joints.
Automatic Parameter „Hold” (Hold Function): Automatic recording of successful welding parameters ensures consistent quality during continuous work.
Robust Wire Feeder: A 4-roller drive wire feeder unit guarantees uniform and reliable wire advancement, which is essential for precise welding.
Programmability: Ability to save unique welding programs for quick recall.
Software Update Interface: Integrated interface ensures the device software remains up-to-date.
The InvertaPuls IP 4-3 offers optimized programs for a wide range of welding processes:
MIG Brazing: Especially suitable for CuSi3, AlBz8, CuAl8 materials, which is crucial for modern vehicle body repairs.
Steel and Stainless Steel Welding: Standard MIG/MAG processes.
Aluminum Welding: Special programs for aluminum.
TIG Welding: For high-quality, clean welding seams.
Flux-Cored Wire Welding: For outdoor or more demanding environment work.
Shielded Metal Arc Welding (MMA): Optional capability.

To achieve maximum performance, the use of the following welding materials is recommended, which are compatible with the processes supported by the InvertaPuls IP 4-3:
This 1.2 mm diameter copper-silicon (CuSi3) wire is available on a K300 spool. It is excellently suited for MIG brazing of galvanized steel sheets (short arc or pulsed) and TIG welding in body construction. A significant advantage is that it largely preserves the corrosion protection of galvanized surfaces and generally does not require base material preheating.
This 0.8 mm diameter NiMoCr wire is on a K300 spool. It is made of low-alloy steel and is suitable for MAG welding of hardened and tempered fine-grain steels. The weld metal can be used at operating temperatures between -40 °C and 350 °C.
This 1.2 mm diameter CuAl8 wire is available on a K300 spool and is made from a copper-aluminum alloy. It has excellent corrosion and seawater resistance, as well as good flow properties. It is suitable for welding aluminum-bronze (7-9% Al content), copper, and copper-zinc alloys (brass). Furthermore, it is excellently suited for surfacing welds on unalloyed and low-alloy steels, as well as cast iron.
Preheating: Only necessary for large workpieces (approx. 250 °C).
Recommended shielding gases (EN ISO 14175): TIG/MIG: Argon I1.
The InvertaPuls IP 4-3 welding machine represents Wielander + Schill quality, providing body repair shops with the latest technology for efficient and durable work.
