The MCBOX is an advanced, multi-user fluid monitoring system specifically designed for the precise and safe handling of fuels, lubricants, and other fluids. This system offers an ideal solution for garage, agricultural, logistics, mining, construction, industrial, and naval applications where user identification, preset dispensing, and detailed consumption data logging are essential.
The MCBOX allows for remote pump start-up, identification of authorized users via password or i-Button key, and preset dispensing of the required quantity. The system can manage a pulse meter, an external level switch to turn off the pump at a minimum level, and a microswitch connected to the dispenser gun holder.
The MCBOX COMPACT the compact version of the standard model, optimized for environments requiring space-saving solutions. It is an excellent choice for mobile tanks, retrofitting, and custom installations where small size and simple installation are key, without compromising performance and reliability.
The MCBOX system provides comprehensive control over fluid management:
User Identification: Strictly regulates who can access the fluids via password or i-Button (key) identification.
Preset Dispensing: Allows pre-setting the exact quantity to be dispensed, minimizing waste and increasing accuracy.
Detailed Consumption Tracking: Individually calculates and records the consumption of each user.
Data logging: Option to record the vehicle system, odometer reading, as well as the date and time of refueling.
Software Integration: Dedicated software is available for printing detailed summaries for individual users. One software can manage up to 16 MCBOX panels.
Data Extraction: The i-Button reader has a USB connection for easy data export. An RS converter ensures direct PC connection even from distances up to 1000 meters.
