HAENNI scales

Mobile axle load measurement with HAENNI systems

The weight of the vehicle matters: the weight directly affects safety, costs, and compliance.

With HAENNI mobile weighing systems, the wheel, axle, and gross weight can be measured quickly, accurately, and documented – even at temporary weighing points.
Whether it is static weighing or dynamic (WIM) application, we help you select the right system for the task.

Typical applications and business benefits

Quick inspection, less risk, better utilization

Quick on-site inspection at loading, on site, at construction sites, on roads, at borders

Prevention of axle overloading  reduction of fines, risks, road surface damages

Load optimization: better utilization, fewer return trips

Weighing log / report: saving, exporting, printing as needed

Scalable system: statikus kerékpadoktól a Low-Speed WIM megoldásokig

The intended use and the environment determine the ideal solution: what, where, how often to measure, what the load range is, and what data readout/reporting is required for the process.

Truck axle scales

Static and dynamic wheel and axle balancing measurement

A HAENNI rendszerek egyik legnagyobb előnye a valódi mobilitás: a mérés néhány perc alatt üzembe helyezhető megfelelő, szilárd felületen, így nem kell minden esetben fix telepítésű hídmérleghez igazodni. A kerék- és tengelyterhelés mérése különösen hasznos, ha the load is uneven (e.g., shifted load, different load per axle).

Site loading and unloading inspection

Construction / mining sites, temporary measuring points

Carrier self-inspection and documentation

Effective checks pre-screening / on-site measurement

Static measurement:

The vehicle stops, we measure axle by axle/wheel by wheel. It is ideal when the goal is the most accurate axle load profile and detailed documentation possible.

Dynamic (Low-Speed WIM) measurement:

Measurement performed at slow passage speed. It is advantageous when many vehicles need to be processed quickly, and the goal is throughput (screening, entry points, site traffic).

Where are HAENNI solutions used?

In a B2B environment where fast on-site measurement and documentation count.

Freight and logistics

Site self-checks, load optimization, reduction of penalty risk

Industry and mining

Temporary sites, changing measurement points, fast setup

Highway management

Monitoring of axle loads, support for road protection

Enforcement checks

Pre-screening and on-site measurement with higher throughput capacity

Airport and air cargo

Determination of cargo weights in logistics processes

Military and disaster relief logistics

Quickly deployable measurement in a changing environment

Swiss precision – even in the field

Stable, repeatable measurements

For on-site axle weighing, it is not enough if the system just „shows something” — it must consistently give the same over and over again. With HAENNI solutions, the Swiss engineering approach is evident in repeatability and details: a well-thought-out measurement process, reliable components, and usability that supports quick decision-making in daily operation.

Whether it's about site enforcement or a temporary measuring point, the goal is the same: precise feedback for loading, matching, and cost control — without unnecessary loops and uncertainty.

What surface is required for on-site measurement?

A solid, preferably level surface is recommended; accuracy is influenced by the installation environment.

Ha a részletes tengelyterhelés-kép a cél: statikus. Ha sok jármű és gyors áteresztés: Low-Speed WIM.

It depends on the purpose of use (internal process vs. official procedure). It is worth clarifying this in advance during selection.

Depending on the configuration, on-site display, saving/exporting, and printing are possible – adapted to your process.

The warranty is typically manufacturer-based, generally 12 months; the exact conditions depend on the chosen product and manufacturer. Warranty scopes are clearly stipulated during quotation.

We operate according to a quality assurance logic (PDCA), installation is performed by specialists, and for scales, verification/metrological inspection is accompanied by official procedure and full documentation. This way, the system not only functions but is also traceable during audits.

Yes. For mobile scales, verification is typically required every 2 years, and maintenance is also part of the operation.
